Great location, had issues that were generally resolved.
The good stuff: beautiful home with great location. We loved being next to the marina and restaurant (bar). The young adults like running over and getting a drink and bringing it back to enjoy on the back porch. Felt safe with the gated community, restaurants all close, great walking sidewalk and we walked all the way to the beach. The bar was quiet by 10pm. We could hear live music and loved that too.
The not-so-good stuff. When we arrived we found dirty food covered silverware that had been placed in the drawers, molded food in the pantry, dirty toaster oven and dirty rugs, refrigerator has a line of mold in it. Outdoor furniture had not been cleaned. Interior pillows have stains on them. The place needs someone to really deep clean it, replace the rugs and pillows. We alerted the property manager but we arrived after hours and spent at least an hour cleaning the kitchen due to one person having food allergies. It was gross even if you donāt have that to deal with. The next morning they offered to have a cleaning crew come in, but it was too late since we did the work. Property Manager was very kind and not defensive. She probably saved yall from a negative review. We did receive a (small) partial refund which was appreciated. Weād stay here again if the cleaning part is tightened up and new pillows/bed coverings are updated.
