The rental includes the main oceanfront home and a separate guest house consisting of two kitchens, two living rooms, and a large dining table that seats 12, as well as a kitchen island that seats 6 guests. New Smyrna is a Florida beach town with a plethora of foodie restaurants, shops, and galleries. It was voted the best beach in Central Florida. National Geographic voted it one of the top 20 surf towns, while Outside magazine and Surfer magazine listed it among the top 10 surf towns. It's an easy day trip to all the Disney Parks. Kayak with the manatees and dolphins at the famous J.B.'s Fish Camp. We are located 13 miles from Daytona International Airport, 14 miles from Daytona Speedway, 39 miles from Kennedy Space Center, and 65 miles from Orlando International Airport.

The combined two houses will accommodate 16 guests comfortably. For mealtimes, this property offers two well-equipped full kitchens with high-end stainless steel appliances, one gas cooktop, and one electric cooktop. Dine together in the main house at our 12-person table, while the kiddos can sit at the quartz island that seats 6.

Between the two homes, you will find multiple living spaces, 3 King en-suite bedrooms, and two double queen-size bedrooms (one en-suite and one with an adjacent bathroom). The second-story guest living room has a pull-out queen sleeper with a full walk-in shower bathroom located next to the living room. Most beds are equipped with new memory foam mattresses and pillows.

The oceanfront home is one level and offers two king-size en-suite bedrooms, a newly renovated kitchen with a gas cooktop, and seating for six at the quartz island. The open-concept living area leads into a living room and dining room; the dining room table seats 12. Large sliding glass doors open to reveal your private oasis. The outdoor space is completely fenced in and showcases a pool, propane gas fireplace, and ample seating and lounging to soak up the Florida sunshine.

The second house is newly remodeled and is two stories high. It is located directly behind the beachfront house. The first level of this home offers a kitchen, a King en-suite bedroom with a smart TV, and a double queen bedroom with a smart TV. This bedroom has an adjacent shower bathroom. The second floor has stairs leading to a second living room with a smart TV, chess table, and various games for entertainment. The leather sofa is a queen memory foam sleeper. We recently added a walk-in shower bathroom for guests using the sleeper sofa. A vintage rattan armoire has a place to hang guests' clothes. Additionally, there is a large en-suite double queen bedroom with memory foam mattresses and a smart TV. Step out onto the spacious balcony with ocean views.

Things to know: We do allow one dog with a $125 pet fee. Please advise the hosts at the time of booking. Guests are required to clean up after their pets; there is a fine of $500 if this is not respected. No dogs are allowed on furniture or beds at any time. Thank you for respecting our home. Direct private beach access has recently been installed. Guests have direct beach access from the house. Free high-speed internet is provided. Two full kitchens are stocked with dishes, glassware, cookware, and other necessities. A stand-alone ice maker is available. The property features 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and an outdoor shower. There is a queen sleeper with an adjacent bathroom/shower, as well as two washer/dryers and central air conditioning. Parking is available with free parking for 4 cars and additional parking in the driveway for 2 more cars. All basic startup supplies are provided; once used, guests must supply their own products. A mini crib, high chair, and fold-up crib are provided. Both a regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker are available. A gas grill is provided, and all guests must clean the grill after use.
