No place hosts a family beach vacation like the fun-filled townhome, Ocean's Edge! This 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom getaway allows up to 14 guests to play and reconnect. From ocean view balconies to a pool, hot tub, and waterslide in your backyard, this Florida retreat grants guests' every wish. The home is located in the heart of NSB across from the driving beach and walking distance from shopping and dining on Flagler Avenue. Experience an unforgettable stay filled with pool days, beach bike rides, and time with loved ones when you book your vacation here.

You'll hardly be able to contain your excitement as you pull into the home's private, 4-vehicle driveway. You'll notice its two furnished balconies look directly onto the ocean waves across the street. The crosswalk is steps away and leads right to the public beach access.

Once you step inside, you'll find a casual living area that invites you to kick back after your travels. The downstairs game room is geared for fun as it holds a pool table, a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, and large Smart TV with a Wii. Nearby is the ground-floor bathroom that accommodates with a walk-in shower. While your group will designate this space as the evening hang-out spot, the backyard will be where everyone plays in the day.

The townhome's backyard has everything one could dream of for a beach vacation. A swimming pool, hot tub, waterslide, and mini waterfall create a Florida oasis for you to enjoy. With lush green foliage as the backdrop, you'll feel as if you were in paradise. Pool loungers and outdoor furniture line the entire pool deck so everyone can soak up sun. In the deck box and garage, you'll find beach/water toys, pool noodles, floats, and pool umbrellas provided. While the beach is only a walk away, you'll hardly be tempted to leave this outdoor nirvana! The pool area is practically private; it is only shared with the next-door townhome and its guests.

Venture upstairs to prep a batch of your favorite margaritas and snacks. The second-floor is composed of the kitchen, dining room, and living area. You'll feel right at home in the kitchen as its fully stocked with cooking essentials. Stainless steel appliances, a toaster, drip coffee maker, kettle, blender, and more are provided for guest use. When you're ready to eat, meals can be served at the dining table for six or the breakfast bar for four.

While most of your time will be divided between the beach and pool, you'll love downtime in the chic living room. Cozy up on either the white leather sectional or two armchairs that reside by the fireplace. A Smart TV is provided for family movie night; streaming service apps are available (please remember to bring your own log-in info!). Just outside is the furnished second-floor balcony where you can relax to the sound of the Atlantic waves.

Also on this floor are two bedrooms that each sleep two. One bedroom holds a queen bed and the other holds two twins. They share a bathroom which has a standard bathtub and a walk-in shower.

The rest of your group will find their R&R on the home's third-floor. Claim the primary suite as your own, and prepare to be pampered. This spacious room accommodates with a king bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, and its own ocean view balcony. Fitness lovers will be thrilled to find an exercise area that holds a stationary bike, yoga mat, and free weights. The primary bathroom elevates your nighttime routine with a double vanity, jetted bathtub, and walk-in, dual-head shower.

The other two bedrooms sleep a total of six guests. One bedroom has a queen bed and wrap-around, third-story views of the surrounding neighborhood. The other bedroom is ideal for children as it holds two twin bunk beds which they'll love. These bedrooms share the fourth bathroom which has a standard bathtub.

Ocean's Edge is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is a pool, hot tub, waterslide, easy access to the driving beach, beach toys, two bicycles, surfboard, Smart TVs, whole home WiFi (pool area included!), a fireplace, pool table, a drip coffee maker, a full washer and dryer, and private driveway parking. Please note that management approval must be given and guidelines understood if guests wish to use the hot tub's heat.

The home is a 6-minute walk from the famous Flagler Avenue. You'll find cafes, restaurants, bars, boutiques, beach rentals, and more here. It's also a 4-minute drive from the local grocery store. Dogs under 40lbs are welcome!

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

The Beauty of New Smyrna Beach

New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida-- try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Should you prefer to stay closer to the shore, fish the Florida saltwater flats for the famous red fish of Mosquito Lagoon.

Though New Smyrna is a small historic town, the city offers a wide selection of shopping, dining, and cultural experiences for both its residents and guests. From beachside burger joints to restaurants serving fresh local seafood, there's something here for everyone!
