"We had everything we needed or wanted in the condo and every drawer and cabinet were so well organized. Not like some that looked like the host made a trip to the thrift store just to load up. Everything was exceptional. Even the beds were comfortable. As for Susan, the host, her communication was thorough, detailed and frequent. Nothing left to guess about. We have rented in the same facility and this was by far the best experience. She made getting into the unit a breeze. Susan went well...

"We had a good stay overall. The beds were very comfortable, and when we arrived to find the pool overflowing, maintenance showed up within minutes and took care of it right away — great responsiveness.A few things could be improved. Even though we reserved the full property, we only received the access code for the top level initially.
