We are thrilled to have you! Whether you are here for the roar of the engines at the Daytona 500, a Rocket launch, or just some vitamin sea, We hope you enjoy every minute of your stay, and we are here to help.

Resort Essentials
Access: Use your Resort Key for the building’s front door (locked at night), laundry rooms, Gym, Game Room, Snack Room, Lobby Bathrooms, Pool deck and Your Private Escape to Daytona Beach.

Parking: One parking pass is included for passenger vehicles only. No trailers or RVs.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. This is a family-style resort; Please, No parties.

Smoking: This is a non-smoking unit. You may smoke on the balcony with the door closed.

Pets: No pets allowed ( Service Animals welcome; Please notify Us upon Booking )

Studio Features & Amenities
Sleeping: Queen Pillowtop Bed and a Queen Pull-out Sofa (linens located in the dresser).

Entertainment: 75-inch Smart 4K TV.

Kitchen: 2-burner stovetop, full refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker (coffee/tea provided). Table seating for 4.

Beach Gear: Beach towels and chairs are located in the entry closet.

Bathroom: Remodeled with a tub/shower combo. Blow dryer, first aid kit, and toiletries provided.

Resort Amenities
Pool & Hot Tub: Located on the south end; open 7:00 AM to Dusk. Heated year-round!

Note: Please dry off and wear footwear before entering the lobby to prevent slips.

Laundry: Located on floors 4, 5, 6, and 7 (North Wing). $3.00 per cycle; credit card enabled.

Fitness & Fun: Workout room and Game Room are located off the lobby.

Luggage Carts: Found in the lobby. Please load/unload in the hallway to protect the room’s walls.

Daytona Boardwalk/Joe's Crab Shack & Pier/Main Street: A short 7-block walk north.

Beach Street: Cross the International Speedway Blvd Causeway for shops and
Angell & Phelps Chocolate Factory/ Mcky's Tavern/ Serra Doce Coffee Shop & Pastries.

Coffee: Visit the local roaster at 1500 S. Atlantic Ave—follow your nose!

A Friendly Reminder
The Balcony Door: Please do not sleep with the sliding door open. The salty night air makes the tile floors slippery and can damage the electronics.
