This is a beautiful direct Atlantic oceanfront Condo located at the Southwind complex in New Smyrna Beach, Fl. 'This 6th floor condo has a Spectacular Atlantic Ocean views from the minute you walk in this newly decorated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom.
Relaxation awaits you.

This Condo sleeps 8-10 people very comfortably, so bring large families and friends to enjoy. The master bedroom provides a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen and bunk beds, the third bedroom has 2 queen beds. Each bedroom has large flat screen televisions.

The living room provides a comfortable sectional and a large flat screen television equipped with cable for your favorite family shows. The kitchen is fully stocked and very spacious with a large island that is open to the family room with wrap around windows for ocean views. A washer and dryer is available in the unit for you convenience as well as high speed Wireless internet throughout to stay connected.

This Condo's 6th floor balcony provides endless morning sunrises and direct views of the complex pool, shuffleboard, tennis/ basketball courts.

Lovely well appointed condo. Views were great and plentyof room. Living room area had leather sectional that handled six adults comfortably. The kitchen had altar pots, pans, utensils, plates and glassware. The refrigerator provided plenty of ice nd the balcony was shaded after 11:00 AM.There are two tennis/pickel ball courts, two shuffle board courts and a large pool available. You must have a parking pass and unfortunately part of the parking lot was not available during our stay, but there were not many people staying the same week we were so parking was not an issue.The only problem experienced was the lavatory faucet in the master bath. The aerator was broken off and the water came out in small streams that spattered every where making a mess of the counter top. over all it was a good week.

Great Family Vacation

Each year, our family gets together for a beach trip. We found the perfect condo, with three bedrooms and three baths. It was nicely decorated and furnished. The location of no drive section of the beach is so nice and mot crowded. It was so fun to have the pickle ball/tennis courts on site along with shuffleboard to play. The pool area is beach side and has tables with umbrellas and chairs. A bonus was the tanning deck facing the ocean with umbrellas and chairs as well. The owners provided quick responses to any questions and easy check in and check out process. Cannot wait to come back.

Awesome Family Vacation Location

Tremendously enjoyed our week at New Smyrna Beach in this lovely Southwind 3B/3B Unit. Spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, fabulous beach front views and side view of pool from balcony, comfortable beds, and beautiful decorations throughout. Easy beach access with plenty of space to spread out. Access to Publix was only a few miles away and several good restaurants in the area as well. The beach chairs and "toys" available in the storage closet were greatly appreciated. The teenagers not only enjoyed the beach and pool, but also the tennis courts and basketball area. Pickle ball courts available too as well as shuffleboard. Thanks to the owners for sharing their awesome unit with us!! Great place to make wonderful memories.

UNDISCLOSED NOISE AND CONSTRUCTION

I would suggest that you do your due diligence on this one. The owner Did Not Disclose construction during our stay at a point where we could make an informed decision as to whether to stay there. 2 days before our arrival they said their might be some light noise but it shouldn't be a problem. NOT TRUE. The noise was jackhammering and it was unbearable. We actually vacated early and purchased another condo rental nearby. Then the owner made us beg and contact them multiple times only to get next to nothing of a refund. We have stayed in New Smyrna Beach multiple times as we are from this area but now live out of state. This was a massive disappointment.

The condo was very nice and roomy, and it was very nice having the 3 bathrooms with 7 ladies. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the waves and the dolphins. It was very well equipped with everything we needed.

We’ll be back!

This is our second time staying at this property and we absolutely love it. The beach is pretty much private given how few people are on it during the day. The pool and grounds are kept up nicely as well. The condo itself is perfect for our family. With two small kids we were able to easily make this our home for the week we were there. The owners are extremely helpful and responsive. It’s so nice finding a place we can plan on visiting regularly with no worries of having issues. We’ll definitely be back!

Fabulous Condo

Took my teenage daughter for a girls trip and this condo was perfect! It is spacious and comfortable and has everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, the beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of towels. This is one of our favorite buildings in New Smyrna Beach, and definitely the most well maintained. Everything was perfect. We will definitely rent here again and again. Thank you!!

Ideal Vacation Stop

One week is not enough to enjoy what this condo unit offers. Located far and away from the public beaches, my family and the other condo residents or guests had the entire beach to ourselves. This corner unit, located on the sixth floor was spacious enough to accommodate 6 adults an four pre-teen children. Views of the sunrise with our first cup of coffee was one of our week’s favorite treats. I would certainly come back again.

We throughly enjoyed our week at the beach! The condo is very spacious and has an incredible view of beach and pool area. This is very helpful if you need to go to condo but still want to have eyes on tweens. Unit has plenty of beds for extra friends and each room has a bathroom. Condo was stocked with what you would need. Property is only 10 min to Flagler and very close to wonderful restaurants. Thank you for the stay! We would love to visit again.

Great Properties Create Great Trips!

I had been looking forward to taking my family on a beach vacation for a while. I had been looking at condos up and down New Smyrna and I kept coming back to this one. It was a little bit pricier than some of the others, but based off of the reviews, the pictures, and location we decided to book it. We were not disappointed! The entire trip was extremely easy to manage. The property owners were very responsive, clear, polite, and concise on all communication. When we arrived the checkin instructions matched exactly what we were told, accessing the unit was so easy, and walking into it was a joy. It was clear the unit had been renovated at some point. The kitchen and bathrooms were really well done. The sleeping and living areas were decorated nicely as well and very comfortable. They had plenty of beach goodies for our daughter to enjoy and made our trip extremely relaxing. The building, grounds, and beach access were very straight forward and made being on vacation a very easy vacation. The pool isn't anything special, but it was clean, warm, and really enjoyable. The quick easy access to the beach is by far one of the biggest perks. Parking was also not an issue as we were issued passes for our vehicles and the facility is gated. Another perk about the property is that the floor it is located on seems to be the default floor one of the elevators is always on. So when you hit the button it seems nine times out of 10 the elevator opens right up. This sounds silly, but it's just another little benefit to make a perfect trip. As for the area, my family has been vacationing in New Smyrna Beach for 30+ years. I've stayed at properties and beaches all over the world. I can say I absolutely love New Smyrna. From the shallow sloped beach, great restaurants, vacation atmosphere, to being able to see rockets launch right from your balcony, it's probably one of the best kept secrets out there. On that note, if you do stay, definitely check the launch schedule. We were able to see a Flacon 9 launch on our trip from this unit and the beach. Just one of the many perks. So in short, if you're looking for a great place to have a nice relaxing family vacation, I would definitely recommend this as an option!
