Important Beach Update
The county is currently conducting a beach renourishment project along portions of the shoreline that is expected to affect stays up until May, with possible minor extension into May due to weather delays. As crews move section by section, temporary equipment and sand pumping operations may be visible near this property. The work is temporary and helps strengthen and protect the beach and dunes, and nearby beach access is generally available around active work zones.

Decorated with Florida style and all the comforts of home, Sea Woods Veranda 267 allows for plenty of room for your family to enjoy. The living room features comfortable furnishings with a flat-screened TV and sliders leading to the screened patio. For those who enjoy cooking, the fully equipped kitchen provides all your cooking essentials. The dining area has seating for 4-6 guests and is located just off the kitchen, making serving meals easy.
After a long day in the Florida sun take a siesta in the large master bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, sliders to the patio, a large closet, and a private master bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom features a queen, 1 twin, sliders to the patio, and a private full bath with a combination tub/shower. The loft features two twin beds and a flat-screen TV for those looking for additional sleeping arrangements.

The Canaveral National Seashore, one of the finest national seashore parks in the country, is only minutes away and offers a 57,000 acres national park nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. It also features one of the longest stretches of pristine beaches in the United States. It's a must-see!
Also within a short drive south is the Bethune parking featuring a fishing pier, tennis and basketball courts, beach volleyball court, and playground. JB's fish camp is nearby offering some of the best fresh seafood in town. Kayak rentals and paddleboard tours are also available at JB's. Shopping and dining are a must while in New Smyrna Beach.
