smoking policy
Our property is strictly Non-Smoking. There are absolutely no exceptions. This includes smoking on the balconies. OceanWalk does not allow smoking in any common areas (this includes pools). If you smoke it must be done in the parking lot.

pet policy
We love our pets, but this condo is not for them. Absolutely no pets of any kind are allowed in the unit.

quiet time
10pm-8am

There is a 3 night minimum stay and renters must be 25 years of age.
