"The motel needs updates paint etc.The room was clean except for a spider in the bathtub. The hall way to the room the carpet was wet therefore left a musty smell."

"The property was so clean and the breakfast staff and maids were always wiping things down. The check-in ladies were great and very helpful. The only downfall was you had to book two nights online and they price was very high because of activities in town. I was very surprised that so many rooms were empty. I think because they made you book two nights and really high for small town."

"Hand held shower head was broken in 2 places and wouldn't hang. Wash cloths and towels were cheap and scratchy. In room fridge was very noisy and I had to unplug it.
But bed linens were clean and comfortable."

"Hotel bom na região da escola Shattuck-St.Mary. A cidade não tem muitas opções de restaurantes, então ficar hospedado no GrandStay é uma vantagem pois há a cozinha completa no quarto."

"The windows of the room allowed all the noise from the road and parking lot to come to the room.
Room was full of human hair.
This hotel doesn’t care or doesn’t receive your messages you send through hotels.com.
Front desk staff quite unpleasant and non helpful.
Hotel has other rooms available but front desk refused to put us in a cleaned room and without noise from the entrance of the hotel.
Air conditioning is old and makes lots of noise during night.
