Featuring two private bedrooms and two private bathrooms, a two-person jetted tub, an old-world fireplace, a full kitchen, and much more! Lovely porch featuring rocking chairs overlooking a small pond in the backyard.

LIVING ROOM:
As you walk through the door onto the beautiful hardwood floor, you know at once that you are surrounded by the kind of décor and craftsmanship that has made Holmes County famous. The comfy sofa and matching chair is the perfect place to read in front of the old-world fireplace or watch the 50-inch LED TV mounted above it. French doors open onto a private balcony where views of the pond, pine grove, and surrounding farmland are sure to provide the tranquility you are looking for as you relax in the twin rockers and absorb the beauty that surrounds you.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is home to a full-sized refrigerator with a freezer and an oven with a 4-burner stovetop. There are ample pots and pans if you feel like making your favorite vacation meal, or a microwave oven for heating up the leftovers from one of our amazing restaurants in town. A toaster and drip coffee maker round out the appliances which are at your disposal. The Amish-made wood table and shaker chairs are the perfect spots for breakfast for two. The faux concrete extra-large sink and Corian countertops make washing up a pleasant task as well.

BEDROOM 1 & BATH:
The massive mortared stone wall is the perfect backdrop for the wrought iron king-size bed that guarantees you sweet dreams and a restful night’s sleep. Close the tiger maple sliding barn door when you are ready to sleep and open it to reveal the sunken jetted tub for two. The copper spout which fills the tub for your relaxing soak is not the only unique feature in the extra-large bathroom. An antique porcelain sink with a backsplash rests atop the bespoke shelves and counter. The glass shower is large enough for two and can start your day or end your night on just the right note.

BEDROOM 2 & BATH:

The Pine Cove Farmhouse is located less than 5 miles from downtown Berlin. The town of Berlin features over 60 shops full of antiques, furniture, homemade goods, and much more. A car is recommended in order to get from the Farmhouse to the town of Berlin. Berlin offers public parking once you have arrived. Guests can park in town and walk the shops and restaurants.

There is no onsite office. Access to your unit is via keyless entry with a code we will provide you upon confirmation

The Silo suite is located in a farmhouse with other suites. The town of Berlin is one of the best tourists destinations in the state of Ohio. Full of antique shops, Amish-made furniture, homemade goods, and much more! You will never go hungry as the area is full of delightful Amish baked goods and restaurants. The area also offers seclusion and scenery. Enjoy the rolling hills and views for miles as you drive around the beautiful countryside.

Non-Smoking Rooms
We are strictly non-smoking. Outside areas may be used for smoking only if the smoke does not enter any of the accommodations. A $450/night fee is assessed for smoking.

No Pets
Pets (no matter how well behaved) are not permitted at our properties. Please respect future guests with allergies and our efforts to keep up all rooms to highest standards. A $250/night pet fee is assessed.

We will not tolerate any behavior that disturbs other guests, including playing music too loud, arguments or fights, slamming doors, or damaging units. Any of these behaviors can result in your being asked to leave without a refund.
