"Absolutely beautiful home and property our bedroom we stayed in was very spacious and very clean! This home used to be a bed and breakfast that has been converted into a motel I guess you can say. You have access to a very large kitchen, dining area, living room, and rec room in the basement. Keeping in mind all these spaces are shared spaces with the other guests. So my only negative comment I have to say is that since this is a very large home and the kitchen dining area are shared spaces...

"The only negative was we booked the room with a hot tub. Which was extra and it was not made available to us. There was 7” of snow on top of the cover and the tub itself was iced all around it, so would not be able to remove the cover. It should have been checked before our arrival to make sure it was able to be used. A disappointment for sure."

"The decor was gorgeous, the space was very clean! The bed was comfy! We were warmed about the water needing time to warm up which is understandable as it is an older building. "The historic stone cottage was a wonderful choice for our stay in Winesburg, OH. The renovation of this vintage home from 1834 was done with incredible care and thought. The furnishings and mattresses were very comfortable. We didn't use the sofa beds, but the sofas were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and we enjoyed sitting on the back porch at the end of the day. Thank you, Emily for stocking the coffee pod holder and the washing machine soap basket. These things were needed and very helpful. We hope to stay here again someday!"
