"Very nice B&B outside New Paltz, removed from the road so it’s quiet. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms well appointed. The breakfast area is open 24 hours, so there’s always the possibility of coffee and a snack. It was well stocked with bagels, muffins, fruit, milk, and cereal. There’s also a common living room with a comfortable couch and chairs. Everything was very clean. There are plenty of restaurants within a couple miles.

"A beautiful and spacious home, very clean and amenities I didn’t expect ( extra toothbrushes, coffee, coffee syrups). The beds were comfortable, good water pressure, and kitchen well stocked. The windows let in so much beautiful light ( and curtains for when we didn’t need the light!) Watching the sunrise onto the winery while sipping coffee was a highlight of my stay! Joseph responded to our questions and checkout was easy. Our family was very comfortable here and we hope to stay here again. "

"The house is nice and clean and very convenient to get to from the heart of New Paltz. The kitchen isn't very equipped for cooking, but there are plenty of dishes and coffee cups. The upstairs art is pretty uncomfortable and my teenage sons were creeped out by it all. The Hosts are super nice and very responsive. Thank you for a good stay. "
