Mornings can be spent sipping coffee on the front porch’s rocking chairs, while evenings invite you to unwind on the private patio after exploring the vibrant local scene. The home’s thoughtful layout and amenities make it a welcoming base for festival-goers, families, and friends seeking an authentic New Orleans experience.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms offer flexible sleeping for up to six guests. Two rooms feature queen beds, while the third includes a double bed and two singles—ideal for families or groups. Professionally cleaned linens and room-darkening shades ensure restful nights. Two full bathrooms are stocked with essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and fresh towels.

Kitchen & dining
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a Frigidaire refrigerator, stainless steel electric stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all the cooking basics you need. Enjoy meals together at the dining table for six, or take your breakfast out to the patio. Wine glasses and a baking sheet are provided for special meals or casual snacks.

Living spaces
Relax in the cozy living room with local artwork and a Smart TV—just log into your favorite streaming accounts. Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected or get work done. No parties, no unregistered guests, and no smoking. Any attempt to host a party will result in immediate termination of the stay with no refund. Long-term stays are welcome, and self check-in is available via lockbox. Cleaning is available during your stay.
