The Space:

2 bed room 1 and a half bath. Includes 2 queen beds and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Smart TV available in every room.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home, including private parking lot. Entry is easy and secure with a personal door code provided before arrival. Each code is unique and changed after every stay for your safety and peace of mind. Parking : Located in the back of the building in rear parking lot, Please do not block left and right parking lot entrance.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood situated between two main streets, each about 8 blocks away, offering convenient access to shopping and dining. You’ll enjoy a quieter setting while still being close to everything you need. There’s also a park just a 3–5 minute walk down the street—perfect for a morning stroll or relaxing outdoors.

House Rules & Guest Guidelines:

Parking : Located in the back of the building in rear parking lot, Please do not block left and right parking lot entrance.



Pets: Only approved pets are allowed. Pets are not permitted on furniture, and all pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of outside. Unapproved pets will incur a $100 fee per animal. If a pet has an accident inside the home, a minimum $250 cleaning fee will apply (or the full cleaning cost, with receipt provided).



Parties & Gatherings: Absolutely no parties or gatherings are allowed. Any violation will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.



Guests: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is allowed. No additional visitors.



Noise & Music: Keep noise to a minimum. Loud music and disruptive behavior are not permitted on the premises.



Smoking: No smoking indoors, including tobacco, vapes, or marijuana. Guests may smoke outside on the porch only, and all waste must be properly disposed of.



BBQ Grills: Any BBQ grill must be placed at least 10 feet away from the house.



Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee. Guests staying past the agreed check-out time will be charged the applicable late check-out rate.
