You’ll be just moments from the French Quarter, the Superdome, and some of the city’s best dining, shopping, and cultural attractions.

Modern, stylish, and thoughtfully laid out, the apartment offers a comfortable retreat in a peaceful but central location. The spacious living room easily converts into a second bedroom, complete with a blackout privacy shade and a queen-size leather sleeper sofa with a plush memory foam mattress. All bedding is neatly stored in the coffee and end tables. The private rear bedroom includes a queen memory foam bed, full closet, dresser, and direct access to a serene backyard with seating and an umbrella—ideal for relaxing outdoors.

With two separate entrances and distinct living and sleeping areas, the layout provides excellent privacy and flexibility for couples or friends traveling together. A fully stocked kitchen, dining room/workspace, and full bath complete the space. Enjoy modern conveniences including central air/heat, dishwasher, washer/dryer, a 55` smart TV with cable, Wi-Fi, and complimentary use of two bikes for exploring New Orleans.

Guests have full access to the private apartment, plus shared amenities including the lush backyard, laundry room, and complimentary bikes—perfect for getting around the city. The apartment is centrally located in the Central City neighborhood, surrounded by the Warehouse District (art galleries and restaurants), the Lower Garden District (a young, vibrant area centered around Magazine Street), the Garden District (historic mansions and cemeteries), and Oretha Castle Haley Boulevard, home to a variety of museums and restaurants.

New Orleans is compact, and public transit is the best option. An all-day streetcar/bus pass is just $3.

Directions from the Airport (20 minutes): Take I-10 East to Loyola Avenue exit, right on Baronne Street, left on Erato Street, left on Carondelet Street (one way). The apartment is on your left near the end of the block.

My dad and I have lovingly owned and managed this home for over 13 years. As a local architect and historic preservationist, it’s been a joy to thoughtfully maintain and preserve this house as a beautiful example of New Orleans architecture.
