Featuring granite countertops with new appliances and a comfortable living room, along with a spacious loft space upstairs, this four-bedroom cottage has everything. Relax with beer and crawfish in our tree-lined backyard before hitting the French Quarter, just a 5 minute walk away.

Sleeps 8, backyard available for use. Kitchen stocked to prepare any meals, Keurig with coffee provided. All bathrooms come with essentials such as 3-in-1 shampoo/conditioner/bodywash and fluffy towels!

Street parking is available.

All reservations require a $500 refundable deposit.
Operator lives on property but will not use any of the guest spaces during yout visit. Operator has a separate entrance and exit and their own private amenities.
This is family neighborhood. We ask all our guests to be awesome representatives of their city while visiting ours.
Quiet times after 10pm.
NO smoking allowed in the house !
