The homes are located one minute apart — guests will cross the street to move between them. Home A features a heated pool, spa, patio with dining and grill. Home B features a screened-in porch, clawfoot tub, heated pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, and grill. Both homes are reserved exclusively for your group — all outdoor areas are private. In addition to the bedrooms, each home includes flex spaces furnished with sleeping and workspace options. Individual homes available upon inquiry.

Both homes use keyless entry — no key pickup needed. Door codes and full check-in details will be sent via message and texted to your phone on the day of check-in.



The Neighborhood:

Both homes are located on Magazine Street in the Lower Garden District — one of New Orleans's most historic and walkable neighborhoods. At your doorstep you'll find Greek revival and Victorian mansions, world-class restaurants, miles of boutique shopping, galleries, and antique stores. Notable landmarks within easy reach include the WWII Museum (2 blocks away), the historic Lafayette Cemetery, and Commander's Palace, one of the city's most celebrated fine-dining institutions.

The area is also rich in cultural history — including the former home of Interview with a Vampire author Anne Rice — and offers some of the best jazz venues and local eateries in the city.

Getting Around:

The neighborhood is highly walkable, with plentiful on-street parking and easy access to public transit. The St. Charles streetcar stop at Erato is a 5-minute walk. The French Quarter and Superdome are a 5–7 minute drive or 20–25 minute walk. The No. 11 bus runs every 20 minutes directly to the Quarter. Uber, taxi, and bike are all great options as well.

— We do our best to accommodate early check-ins, though we want to ensure the full property is clean and ready upon arrival. Early bag drop can often be arranged — please inquire if this is of interest to your group.

— The hot tub is available year-round but has scheduled maintenance. We will notify guests of any maintenance windows and work to keep them as brief as possible.
