Perfect location and beautiful neighborhood. Home is well-equipped with lots of towels/linens, cookware, and a fully-stocked coffee station. Neighbors upstairs were a bit heavy-footed, but after sharing this news with the host, things quieted down. Will definitely stay here again when visiting my daughter at Tulane.

The house was great, spacious, comfortable, and in a perfect location with the streetcar stop right across the street. It made getting around incredibly easy. Overall, the place was clean and worked well for our group.There were a couple of small issues: the bathroom sink was clogged with hair, and the toilet needed a bit more attention near the base. Also, only four bath towels were provided for four people over five days. We didn’t reach out to the owner, and I’m sure they would have helped, but it would’ve been nice to have a few extra towels already stocked.Even with those minor things, we really enjoyed our stay and would consider booking again.

The house was very clean, great location. The two down falls were, no tub, just showers. There are people living upstairs and you can hear them walking which makes it hard to sleep. Other than that, we enjoyed it.

This rental is the bottom floor of a duplex. It was very lovely, clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was very nice and we felt safe. Ami was very responsive and helpful. I was a little disappointed by how much we could hear the people walking and moving around upstairs. Just something to be aware of, but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

One of the best hosts ever, very prompt responses and good directions. The place was better than described. In New Orleans always be careful about on street parking, but this felt very safe, an actual parking lane along the street.Many extras in the house. Comfortable and clean!

We had a great experience in this property. It was very centrally located to what we needed and very welcoming for us and our dogs. The layout worked for my wife and I to be able to work remotely during the day and easily get to where we needed. The dogs were able to do a little exploring in the back yard which was great for them to avoid becoming stir crazy! The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pans, and other amenities we could use while there and allowed us to cook "at home" for many of our meals when we weren't out exploring NOLA! Ami (the host) was quick to respond to any questions we had and made it feel very welcoming! We will absolutely stay here again when we come back to visit our daughter who will be here for med school over the next few years.

Our host Ami responded quickly to all the questions we had about the area and the rental. The rental itself was comfortable and clean; parking was easy and convenient.The location was ideal for visiting a wide variety of venues. Beautiful area - close to the Audubon Park.

This place is wonderful, very comfortable, seems to be close to everything. We have 2 basset hounds and this is one of the nicest pet friendly places we have ever stayed. Ami has thoughtfully appointed it with anything you might need. And she was wonderful to work with. We felt very much at home and will be staying there in the future.

Wow. I’ve stayed in a lot of nice homes, but this is one of the very best. Beautiful, spotlessly clean, and great location. Also a truly impressively stocked fridge and kitchen—it says so much about a host’s unprompted thoughtfulness to find a full assortment of cold drinks at the end of a long day of travel when you land in a new city. Highly recommended.

Great ground floor apartment in Carrollton

We enjoyed staying here while visiting Book Festival at Tulane. Loved the location: street car stop right in front of the home and super easy. Also a pleasant walk to campus.The apartment is well appointed and clean, and the host was fantastic and super friendly and helpful.

Pure comfort

Ami was excellent with communication, being kind, welcoming, helpful and informative. She is an absolute pleasure and we felt very lucky to have chosen her beautiful home. We can not wait to come back and stay with them in their gorgeous home! Right on the street car line which was super fun to ride into town.

Great place in perfect location!

We love staying here and would gladly stay here again. The home is spacious, bright and clean. The kitchen is well stocked. We loved the huge comfy couch for hanging out together and watching TV. The streetcar stops right out front, but you can barely hear it when you're inside. The porch is a great place to have morning coffee. It's easy to walk to several restaurants. Perfect!

Family get together

We stayed for a long weekend to return my mother’s ashes to our hometown and celebrate our family with food of course and just enjoying the city. This property is perfectly located for getting around because it is right on the streetcar line but at the quiet end. It is safe and picturesque the host were wonderful to work with. We were familiar with New Orleans but if you are not this is a great location for all of these reasons

Southern thoughtfulness at its best!

As introverts, we appreciated the contactless check in. The rental exceeded expectation in quality of bed, pillow, kitchen supply, bathroom supply, etc. southern hospitality is at its best in this rental. There were generous supplies of anything one might need. Beds were sleep inducing. Quality towels and abundant shower supplies. I felt the owner really considered a travelers needs and tried to supply as much as possible. We felt comfortable and safe at all times. The location was very convenient to everything we wished to get to. Our poochies super appreciated the fenced backyard with teeny tiny lemon tree with one very large lemon hanging from it. Would highly recommend
