It is fully furnished with a 2 big double parlor lounge areas downstairs, and 4 bedrooms upstairs with king size memory foam beds (or we can swap out for 1 or 2 kings for 2 or 4 twins) , back full baths have Jacuzzi tub/shower and en-suite master baths have huge double showers. On one side of the ground floor we can create a semi-private 5th sleeping area with a queen bed . Also downstairs there are 2 half baths for convenience , as well as 2 kitchens, 2 laundry rooms and a nice brick patio out back that has patio furniture and gas grill.
