"My friends and I stumbled upon this property when looking for places to stay close to Knoxville on our road trip. We loved that this would be a special experience - more unique (and also more reasonably priced for some new college grads) than a hotel inside the city. We did have to drive about 30 minutes into Knoxville to pick up some food, but it was not a problem for us. There were 3 of us which housed us perfectly in the Fish House. Could not recommend this place more. Check in/out was easy...

"Our kids, grandkids, and nieces and nephews, and Troy’s brother all got together for our Christmas this year. We wanted to provide a fun filled time for our family for Christmas by getting together for the Highland Cow experience! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their time at the Farm Stay! The weather was actually perfect for December! "

"The property was incredibly spacious; the pictures don't do it justice. There was plenty of room for myself and my teenage son. It was very convenient to the stables as well as the grocery store and a great coffee house - 60 Beans."

"The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The room and whole facility was clean. The staff was helpful. In particular, Kathy did a FANTASTIC job with caring for the breakfast area. I could see how much she was invested in making sure the food was available and the whole area was clean. I was deeply impressed with this Holiday inn Express and will be staying here again in the future!"
