"The property was a clean unit with plenty of space to host a large family. It has enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate basic needs. The house was well located too, only about a 10-12 minute walk to HBLR which connects to PATH for NYC. The host was very communicative too, always responded quick and was eager to help when needed. The unit has an A/C in each room, Wi-fi that works, and a nice kitchen.However, it is a shared house with a connected staircase from the 3rd floor to the basement...

"We had a wonderful stay at this property during out teen leadership trip. The location was convenient for our group, with easy access to public transportation and local restaurants. The home was clean and spacious and easily accommodated our group of 17. Check in and communication with the host were smooth and straightforward throughout the process. This was a meaningful and memorable trip for our young leaders, and having a reliable and comfortable home base made all the difference. Thank you."

"My guest and I all received tickets on our cars while getting ready to check out. I contacted the host and was told he would correct this. There were clothes from previous guest left in the bedrooms. The oven rack was broken and dropped as we were trying to cook our food. We had no towels or wash clothes and had to wash and dry them so we could take showers. The dirty wash clothes and towels were all in the laundry room. The mop was broken to mop anything up and smelled. I paid extra to get in...

"Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this property. Parking was limited, and the backyard was unusable due to overgrown, unmaintained weeds. The house had a musty, mold-like smell and didn’t feel clean overall — some soap dispensers had visible mold. Basic supplies were lacking: no laundry detergent, old and grimy dishwasher pods, a worn-out dish sponge, and not enough towels for guests. The game room was also extremely hot and largely unusable, likely due to the lack of central AC. In one of the...
