"We showed-up and there was no water!!! The city came through the day before replacing water meters on the street and turned off the water. The host/manager were all over it and they had the water turned on in less than an hour.Great job!!! Great stay!!! We'll be back!!!"

"Great location, excellent communication. Cutest little tour guide. They do preface their listing with the fact that it is an active working ranch. In the middle of the night, one of the horses in the barn that is connected to the guest house must have bucked or something. Scared us lol. So I would definitely say make sure you are OK with hearing numerous horse noises throughout the night because there were plenty. It’s not a place to go and sleep in. They are in that office talking pretty loud...

"This is a diamond in the rough! The home can easily accommodate up to 10 people, excellently decorated with keepsakes from the past and is close to all that Kentucky offers and the best is the quietness of the country. The staff is very helpful if needed. We will be back!"
