One of its highlights is the private rooftop deck, where you can enjoy views of the New Haven skyline, morning coffee, or an evening outdoors.

A starter supply of toiletries and paper products is provided upon arrival. For stays longer than 30 nights, guests are responsible for replenishing consumable supplies.

- For all VRBO reservations, guests are responsible for a 3.5% processing charge if the reservation is canceled

- Before arrival, all guests must complete our online check-in, including uploading a valid government-issued ID, submitting a selfie for verification, and signing the rental agreement.
