"I stayed for five nights at this apartment and really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is new, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable visit. The location is excellent — close to downtown — and having an allocated parking spot is very convenient if you have a car. Overall, a very nice place to stay."

"The studio apartment is in a very convenient location. It is a lovely walk to Yale. Many restaurants just outside the door. My friends, who joined me for a meal, found parking easily. It was a plus having use of a parking pass for Dwight Street. We never had a problem getting a parking spot. We also loved being able to bring our two small pups with us. The bottle of wine was a thoughtful touch. "

"The rental was beautiful and clean. We stayed here for a concert at the toyota center right down the road. The best part was the deer around the back of the property. A fair warning there isn’t much cook wear in the kitchen, no toaster and the pans were old and stained which made things burn. Other than that an amazing rental and location. "

"Cute apartment as seen in photos. Rooms were clean and comfortable. As stated in other reviews, could use towel bars in bathrooms. Also guidance on trash emptying and further instructions for parking (# of spaces) ahead of time would have helped. Overall a very pleasant stay and we would recommend for friends/family."

"Cute, clean property good for a visit to New Haven for a single or couple. The area is a little noisy, but that's the price you pay for being in close walking distance to everything you'd want to be in close walking distance to! Would definitely stay again. "
