"We had a lovely stay at the Purple Victorian. We were in town for a wedding that evening, and its close proximity without a two night minimum stay made it absolutely perfect for us. I loved the style and charm of the room. It was especially ideal for Valentine’s Day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had one of the best nights of sleep I have had in a long time. Check in was seamless, and communication with the host was quick and easy. We highly recommend staying here."

"Can't say enough wonderful things about our stay. Larry and Linda are so sweet and their little scottie Maddie is adorable. They make you feel like your home. The B&B is spotless, quaint and comfortable. They even reopened their hot tub for us. That made the trip. "Rooms was excellently renovated; all the comforts of home; great bed & pillows. High water pressure in the shower. Breakfast plentiful & tasty. Steep rocky stairs outside, so a warning those with physical handicaps climbing. Albeit, this is a historic location (including the stairs) and that is also the beauty of it. Huge outside yard to sit, eat, listen to music, watch the fire, etc. I had a challenge managing the heater, a set of instructions would had helped and/or I could had asked. The...

"Loved the wine cellar room…convenient location and Laura was attentive and very responsive. We arrived late and after letting the hosts know, they had the lights on in the room for us. The hosts have thought of everything and made the stay very relaxing. Will definitely stay here again."
