Private basement apartment with incredible view!

About this space
Fantastic walk in basement apartment located near the North entrance of Zion national Park. Private living area, bathroom, cozy kitchen and dining area. Living area has a large couch with an optional inflatable bed for up to 4 guest. Large bay windows with Kolob canyon visible from your table! Home is located 20 miles south of Cedar City. Collect farm fresh eggs in the morning, but be sure to stop and say hi to the sheep. Soak in the hot tub to relax at the end of your day.
The space
Access in through your private entrance on the East side of the house. There are private locks on exterior, bedroom and bathroom doors. Excellent WiFi reception, but the area has minimal cell reception for most carriers (Verizon does the best). Private access to a full bath and cozy kitchen. Also private access to a large dinning and living area with large flat screen TV with DVD and chrome-cast.

Other things to note
7 people will be living above you with hardwood floors. 5 of them are children that can be quite noisy. We try to keep them quite but often they can be heard in the apartment. On schools days it can be loud again from 7am to 9am as the little one get ready for the day. We appreciate no loud music or activities after 8pm on school nights and 10pm on other nights so our kids can get enough sleep.
