This beautiful, cozy, spacious BASEMENT apartment is located in a safe, nice, and quiet neighborhood. The premises has video surveillance. Only guest & number of guest on reservation permitted on premises.
In this location, you will have the conveniences of shopping, movie theater, and a variety of restaurants.
We are located a couple minutes off Interstate I-15. Enjoy easy access on and off I-15 freeway. Close to Hwy. 14 access to Cedar Breaks, š²Cedar Mountain, š„¾Bryce Canyon, š¾Duck Creek Reservoir, and Brian head! ā°
The Cedar City Recreation Center, Lake on the Hill, Discovery Park, Baseball ā¾ļø Fields, Cedar High School, SUU campus is a couple miles from the residence.
The Lake on the Hill has individual BBQ Grills, kayak & paddle board-rentals, fishing š£š š¶ š
The Aquatic/Recreation center is located within 1 mile from our residence. šāāļø
It is the perfect location to attend the beautiful Cedar City Temple, Shakespeare Festival, Neil Simon Festival, Southern Utah University Campus, Huntsman Summer Games and much more.
šæWe are close to Zions National Park, Cedar Breaks, Bryce Canyon, Three-peaks recreation area, Kannarraville Falls, and Brianhead Ski Resort. āļø
Please keep in mind this is a basement apartment and a family resides on the main floor. We will make every effort to be respectful of you during your stay.
There is camera surveillance. Please know only guests and number of guest on reservation may occupy residence.
The entrance door to the apartment is down the stairs at the back of the residence. Please be cautious on the stairs. The keypad code provides easy access into the apartment.
The living room is an open concept room with the kitchen included in this area. The oversized living room has 2 full size couches, a fold out sofa, and plenty of room for kids. There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds in each, and 1 room with bunk twin beds.
There is a full kitchen fully stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. There is no separate designated dining area.
Bedrooms are roomy, clean and inviting. Bedding is provided.
Bathroom includes towels, and toiletries.

* š« Only guests & number of guests indicated on reservation are allowed on premises. Camera surveillance on premises. Violation of rule will void reservation and you will be ask to vacate premises.

Pros: nice neighborhood; disposable plates and cutlery along with other amenities provided a nice touch; plenty of clean towels; large family room, off-street parking, roomy bathroom. Cons: smoke alarms were all open and missing batteries; no closets at all; no thermostat access, though owner offered to adjust when we asked.On Saturday morning at 7:15 we were awakened by their 2 dogs barking outside, which continued for an hour. When we emailed the owner, they said they were out of town and would have it taken care of. A few minutes later, the dogs were taken in and did quiet down. Later in the morning, the dogs were outside and barking again, but because we weren't trying to sleep at that time, it wasn't too much of a problem. The owners returned home during the following night, and from that point on, we never heard the dogs barking again, even when they were outside, so we do believe it was just because someone else was caring for them. Still, it was an unfortunate disruption of our sleep, which ended up changing our plans for some of the day. In the future, if the owners need to travel while hosting guests, it might be better to board the dogs elsewhere.

It is super easy to find, and super easy to access. You are close to anything you need, and there is plenty of space if you need a place to stay with friends. I stayed there comfortably with three friends.

Clean, comfortable, central location
My husband and son stayed here for a few nights and said it was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities they needed. They mentioned that, as itās a basement apartment of a family home, you do hear a lot of little feet. But because the owner had listed that fact, they were prepared for it and didnāt mind. Check in was easy and straightforward. They appreciated the location and it worked great for their needs.

Nice property
It is a basement apartment in a nice neighborhood. Communication with the host was great. The property is 5 minutes away from SUU. Again, it is a basement apartment so there was noise from upstairs. It could use a good dusting and the bathroom towels and shower curtain smelled a little weird.

Very nice space and kept very well. Lots of room. But it is noisy during the day and evening as a lot of activity upstairs. I'm sure it was normal foot traffic, but the basement is not soundproof by any means. If we want it to be quiet, this is not the place

Good Time
Very nice place. Has everything you need and close to all the stores and restaurants. The only thing is that it is very noisy with the family upstairs. Hard to sleep.

Great place to rest between fishing
We rented this place for a fishing trip! It was perfect for sleeping and is 1hr from multiple spots to fish!
