"Room was stunning, clean and definitely worth the pricing. We were able to check in abit earlier and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. My only suggestion is around paying for a balcony. Our room had a balcony which we paid extra for as I was expecting a view of the town however it was just the balcony view of the building next door which would not be worth paying extra depending on which room you’re provided. Overall great service and would definitely stay again!"

"The stay got off to a very poor start. The advertisement instructed guests to contact the property to receive a door access code. When I called in the afternoon, the property manager was extremely rude. Even after I explained the reason for my call, I was repeatedly questioned as if I didn’t understand the instructions. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and appear old and worn, with little care or maintenance. There is also a serious maintenance issue in the upstairs bathroom, with...

"Lack of hanging/storage cupboard/wardrobe for clothes. Limited clothes/robe hanging space in bathroom. Floor of spar/shower a bit slippery while showering. Toilet dual flush not working - only short flush seems to work. Towel rail in Bathroom needs maintenance as was loose at one end. Kitchenette with large fridge was appreciated. King size bed a pleasant surprise. Quiet - well insulted from external noises."
