"When we arrived at the property, we immediately noticed the overwhelming new paint smell, but couldn't do anything to help air it out. The property itself looked nothing like the photos. "This property was very charming. It was easy to find and parking was right behind it with a reserved space. Everything was very clean. We really liked that there were ceiling fans in most of the rooms even with the air conditioning available. The owner was very quick to respond to messages through the VRBO app. We did not have any issues with our stay. Plus, I grew up close by, and the best part of our stay was being able to walk across the street to my favorite ice cream shop! "

"The area is off-putting with cars on bricks and a lot of broken trash sitting around. The home was large enough for what we needed and pet friendly, but there were many issues. The sliding door to the balcony was duck taped in, the screen on the door did not fit and fell upon opening it. The fridge and freezer turned on but was not cold which caused us to need ice and coolers to keep our food safe. "Getting into the property was somewhat confusing. Street parking was hard to come by and you walk through the patio dining area to get to the space. The bathroom shower and tub were moldy. Be prepared, the stairs going up are narrow. I would recommend packing lightly. However, the check in and check out process was easy. And the location was great. "
