"The code provided to us never worked on the door. We called twice and were given only partially helpful advice. Other guests at the site helped us by giving us their code to enter the building. We spend far too much time trying to access the room. We paid for early arrival but when we got there 30-40 minutes after our early check in time, the maid was just finishing and had no idea we were coming in early. In addition, we never were able to access wifi with the codes given to us. We called...

"I didnt notice in email the combination code for the front door and room combination code didnt work. Also, due to parade, excessive number of cars on streets, and closed streets we couldnt access hotel at 3pm. We parked about 1 1/2 miles from hotel."
