Back at the cottage community, relax with a swim in the shared pool or enjoy an outdoor meal in the picnic areas with other guests.



The Space:

Set up for two guests, this studio offers a comfortable place to recharge after a day of exploring. A smart TV with cable provides entertainment, while a small dining table creates a convenient spot for meals or planning the day's itinerary. A microwave and single-serve coffee maker make it easy to heat light bites and start each morning with a fresh cup of coffee, giving you the essentials for a relaxing stay in New Braunfels.



This studio comfortably sleeps 2 guests in a king size bed.



This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE

• Communal laundry is available for your stay, located in the closet of Building 3’s breezeway.

• Lot parking for 1 vehicle available in the gravel lot directly across from the building.

• No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets result in a $350 fee and may require immediate removal with no refund.

• Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

• This home is the upstairs guestroom of the 2nd building on the left as you enter the property.

• Please also note that this unit is part of a larger rental property that includes several smaller units and combination units, so guests may see other guests coming and going and enjoying the shared common areas such as the parking areas, pool, playground, and grounds.

• This property is equipped with external security cameras located on the outside of various buildings, actively monitoring shared common areas including the parking area, pool, and playscape.
