"Love love the LOFT. It is beautifully decorated. Everyone in the restaurant next to the LOFT was very helpful when we arrived. They pointed us to the easiest door to go into and even carried our ice chest up the two flights of stairs. The only thing that was a little bit concerning was how we were the only ones in the area after the restaurant closed. "It was a cute little cottage. We didn't think it was cleaned...and having little ones, its important. We pulled the futon out and were surprised by all the crumbs that were in the crease. Also the fans were full of dust and a lounge chair was tore. Instructions were out dated..or not for that cottage. They instructed to leave dishes in dishwasher but theres no dishwasher. Instructions did say there was a quiet time and having to wear wrist bands, and one parking spot per rental. We saw more...

"Next door unit watched TV all night. It’s unfortunate there isn’t better sound proofing in walls between the units, but that is the only bad thing with our visit. Everything else was top notch, clean, etc. Wonderful!"

"This is a very cute and clean condo and we enjoyed it very much. It's pictures are accurate and it's a very peaceful property in a great location right across the street from Rocking R to get in the river. You can walk easily to Gruene and Gruene Hall which we did. I would definitely stay here again. If I had any critique it would be no wash rags and the towels were paper thin. "This was the perfect place for my husbsnd and I to have a relaxing getaway. It was so peaceful. We saw so many deer and even a fox! The bed was beyond comfortable and they even had a step stool to get up on the bed. It is a tall bed and I'm a shortie. There were so many little extras and you coukd tell the owners are thoughtful and they care about making their renters feel at home. We did not want to leave!!!"

"We stayed here for about a week to attend a wedding and visit with family and friends. The owners were very nice and accommodating for us. We have two larger dogs and they had plenty of space. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again!"

"I didn’t get to stay long because I checked in late, but the apartment was so cute and so was the outside sitting area. It’s much bigger than I expected too. The jacuzzi was relaxing and clean. The only thing is it didn’t get very hot. It’s like 10 mins from the town but I actually enjoyed that. I would definitely stay again. "

"Great location. You can walk home for lunch from Schlitterbahn. Loved the blackout curtains in every room for sleeping. Also, I really appreciate this property having so many extra pillows! The property is beautifully decorated! The layout of this property was well thought out- It is very small but used every inch efficiently. We really enjoyed our stay!"
