NEW LISTING! Professional photos coming soon! This newly built 3/2 condo at Rio Guadalupe Condominiums is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway on the Guadalupe River! Second floor condo, with vaulted ceilings and double sliding glass doors, that are floor to ceiling, opening out to a gorgeous patio with spectacular views of the river. Perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or finishing the day with a glass of wine. With direct river access you’ll want to spend your afternoons tubing, rafting, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, swimming or simply relaxing in a chair in the water watching tubers go by. Rio Guadalupe Resort is located right next door to rent tubes and shuttle service. You can also take a dip in our pool. There is something to do for everyone. This complex has covered parking for one vehicle and an elevator.
This beautiful condo comes fully furnished with all the comforts of home. The living room has an amazing view of the river and opens out to a fabulous, covered patio with comfortable seating, a propane grill. The kitchen is fully equipped including toaster, blender, and more. The master bedroom has a King size bed and cable TV, as well as a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and cable TV, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Guest bathroom is located conveniently near the living room and guest rooms. There is cable TV in the living room as well as free Wi-Fi. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. Maximum occupancy not to exceed 6 guest’s total.
Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo comes with 2 parking spots and 6 wristbands. No trailers, campers or RV's allowed. If you have more than 2 vehicles there is additional parking less than 1 mile away. No portable grills or open flames. No smoking inside the condo or on the patio. No pets allowed. Family friendly condo with no tolerance for profanity or vulgar music. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed.

**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned, and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Any altercations with onsite courtesy officer could lead to additional fines assess directly from the POA.

Nice place
The Condo is very nice and spacious. Everything you need is provided from pans, bakeware to laundry detergent pod. The view of the lake from the balcony is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay, perfect fit for 6 of us.

New Braunfels Escapes personnel were wonderful to work with. They provided contactless check in and check out so we did not have to go to the office which worked out great. Since it was on the second floor we were all happy for the elevator being close. The condo was beautiful and well maintained and had everything we needed. The view was wonderful as we sat out on the balcony to visit. We were there for a gathering that was happening next to the condos so walking back and forth was safe and easy. I plan on using them again next year so I would definitely recommend New Braunfels Escapes to anyone who wants a beautiful place to stay on the river and wonderful people to work with to find you the perfect place.

Loved the location of this condo as well as how much room we had. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to walk down to the river and set up camp for the day, as well as cookout on the patio. The only issue we had was with the freezer. It wouldn’t freeze anything we placed in there, and once we ran out of ice in the dispenser, it didn’t make any new ice. It was basically an extra refrigerator. Other than that, the condo was perfect for our group and we will definitely be back!

The condo was very nice,management company??? The refrigerator was broken and the master bath shower was stopped up. Neither was fixed while we were there.Called about the frig/freezer when we got there. Was told nothing was wrong with it, the owners were just there? Someone came to look at the next morning, said fan was out, and that was the last time we saw him. Lost food and ice. The management did reimburse a little for these items.
