The Space:

Welcome to the luxurious "Latigo" home nestled in New Bruanfels inside the historic district of Gruene, and hosted by Wiggins HomeStays!



This 2100+ sqft 2 story home is decorated with one of a kind beautiful custom artwork and custom furniture.



This is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home located right on the Guadalupe river, and is walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, and music venues that Gruene has to offer. You are minutes away from the famous Gruene Hall where legends like Willie Nelson, George Strait, Merle Haggard , and countless others have graced the stage.



One of the unique and convenient features of this home is that each bedroom has it's own dedicated full bathroom suite!



LIVING ROOM



The living room has original Eames chairs, Italian leather sofa, gas fire place, and large flat screen smart TV for your enjoyment and relaxation time.



High vaulted ceilings and twin double glass sliding doors provide an open unrestricted tree top hill country view .



KITCHEN



Connected to the living room is the fully stocked, beautifully designed kitchen, which can easily seat 10 guests comfortably around the custom built pecan wood dining room table complete with leather dining room chairs.



There are also beautiful Oriental rugs throughout the home.



BACK PATIO



Right off the kitchen and living room is the large, mostly covered back patio lounging area that has it's own outdoor kitchen, gas BBQ pit, sink, ice maker, and plenty of seating for all your guests to comfortable enjoy.

This outdoor entertaining area also has a gas fire place, flat screen TV, and large dining table.



You also have your own private staircase that leads directly down to the Guadalupe river!



BEDROOMS



We can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests.



There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, and 2 upstairs.



As mentioned before each bedroom has their own dedicated full bathroom attached.



All the beds in the Latigo home are Tempur Pedic mattresses and dressed with 1000 thread count linens.



3 Bedrooms have king size beds, and one of the upstairs bedrooms has 2 Queens. Each bedroom has solid walnut designer bed frames and dressers.



Each bathroom is fully stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries, and we have a washer and drier onsite for your laundry needs.



PARKING:



You have a private driveway and partially covered parking area attached to the driveway. You can park up to 5 vehicles comfortably.



EV charging outlet available. This 50amp outlet located outside on the driveway by the front entry way is capable of charging your electric vehicle.

Guest Access:

You will have full access to the entire home. The only space that we have blocked off is the single car garage. Everything else is available to use during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Directly in the Middle of the Historic town of Gruene, TX! You are in walking distance of the famous Gruene Hall and popular restaurants and bars. There are other short term rental homes and condos in the area. This is a very nice and popular area for locals and tourists.



Getting Around:

You can walk or drive to all the popular spots in Gruene. You can drive to other popular attractions in New Braunfels as well. You are in the middle of it all!



Other Things to Note:

The staircase to the river is steep and can be difficult to use for certain people. Please be careful.
