Located in Canyon Lake just minutes from Canyon Lake Dam and the boat docks, Mint Julep is ready for your next lake adventure! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home sleeps 7 guests and is also dog-friendly! (Please see pet fee information.) Complete with a hot tub, charcoal grill, and a firepit, Mint Julep is the perfect getaway for your vacation! For larger parties Tequila Mockingbird is located next door and sleeps up to 7 guests also.

The mint-colored exterior welcomes you in from the moment you pull up the driveway of Mint Julep! As you walk through the entrance, the bright and warm atmosphere of the home invites you to relax. Beautiful dark wood cabinets in the kitchen are met with lovely granite countertops and a fun tile backsplash to tie it all together! A unique corner pantry and plenty of countertop space are perfect for large groups! This kitchen is complete with a stainless steel full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and cooktop stove. Guests can help cook a meal by sitting at the kitchen island, or they can spark a conversation around the lovely dining table! The dining and living areas of this space exhibit high ceilings and large windows that span the back of the house, allowing natural light to fill the room. Fun golden decor helps this room dazzle and shine! A large, comfortable sofa with a large flatscreen television is perfect for everyone to settle in and watch their favorite movie together! Beautiful dark wood floors carry throughout this space and into the bedrooms as well!

The master bedroom is full of soft tones for a peaceful oasis after long days at the lake! This room features a king bed and a flatscreen television for guests to watch the morning news as they listen to the birds chirp! Located just off the room is a spacious en-suite bathroom, complete with a beautiful double vanity, walk-in shower, and master closet. The second bedroom features a queen bed and lots of natural light through the large window. This room is a recipe for relaxation with the inviting variety of textures, making you feel right at home! The third bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed, perfect for kids! A second full bathroom is available for all guests to enjoy and prepare for their Canyon Lake adventures! This bathroom features a lovely vanity and a bathtub and shower combo. Each room is complete with comfortable linens for guests to ensure maximum rest and relaxation. A full-sized washer and dryer is also available on-site for guests’ convenience!

Off of the living room, there is access to the back patio and backyard where guests can bask in the beautiful Canyon Lake weather at all hours of the day! Cook a meal on the grill and enjoy it together at the outdoor dining space. After a long day of boating and exciting adventures, grab a mint julep and relax in the hottub! Or if you prefer, watch the stars and make s’mores around the firepit! This outdoor space also features a private fenced-in backyard, perfect for dogs and kids to run around with peace of mind!

If you are looking for outdoor Hill Country fun, Old Hancock Trail is in the area for horseback riding and hiking. You can also enjoy a beach area with swimming and nature trails at Overlook Park, just a short drive away with great views of Canyon Lake as well as the Dam, or rent a pontoon boat or jet ski for the day! Take a day trip to Gruene, home to the historic Gruene Hall, to enjoy music and dancing, or dine at the delicious Gristmill Restaurant. The downtown square of Wimberley offers shopping in
