Roy’s Rental & Campground is just down the road and has everything you need for a great day on the water. You'll also find nearby shops, cozy restaurants, and even an outdoor amphitheater to enjoy during your stay.

You can easily use Uber or Lyft to get to and from the property, though public transportation is not available in the area. However, there are local shuttle services that offer pickup and drop-off for river floating. You can schedule directly with them and or feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to help arrange it for you.

Early check-in or late check-out may be approved with a fee.

All guests aged 18+ must provide a valid photo ID.

Guests must agree to the House Rules & Rental Agreement.

Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

No smoking inside or anywhere on the property—this is a smoke-free home.

Dogs are welcome with prior approval and applicable fees.

Limit of 2 dogs; no cats allowed.

Pets must stay off furniture, bedding, and blankets — fees apply for violations.

Dogs must be leashed outside, cleaned up after, and kept within the yard.

Aggressive breeds are not permitted.

A non-refundable pet deposit and nightly pet fees apply.
