Come relax in our unique, tranquil getaway where you can soak in the hot tub while your cares melt away into the treetop view. Centrally located near Lake Dunlap, you will be just minutes away from downtown New Braunfels, Historic Gruene, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, and both the Comal and Guadalupe rivers.

This modern A-frame is the perfect place to get some solitude or spend some time together as a couple, with a queen size bed and perfect kitchenette.

Along with the whole cabin, guests will have access to the shared common space on the property that features deck seating shaded by mature oaks and a double hammock.

Upon arrival I will reach out to you to give you a unique code to access the smart lock which will expire after your stay.

Dean`s Den sits as Four Oaks` small-sized vacation rental. The Maverick is another modern A-frame one-bedroom studio, while Creed`s Cottage is the perfect extended getaway location with a one-bedroom and loft. Hadley`s House is our largest rental available at 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. If you are interested in renting out all of Four Oaks for a small wedding, family trip, or reunion - just send us a message!
1. No pets allowed
2. No smoking in the house or on the property. Smoking within the house or on the property will result in a fine of up to $250.
3. No events/parties on property
4. Four Oaks guests may only use the parking space assigned to them, and may not enter or park along the fire access road. If you need additional parking, please contact your host.
5. Only the allowed number of guests defined in the booking are allowed to stay at the home you have booked. If it is found other guests are staying at the home without permission from hosts, you will be asked to leave without a refund.
6. Do not add soap or body care products to the hot tub. Glass is not allowed inside or around hot tub. Read printed instructions included in the house manual on-site for all other directions, including adding pre-portioned chemicals after use. Misuse of the hot tub will result in a fine of $250.
7. Missing towels will be charged at $20/towel
