Your family will be close to everything when you stay at Creed`s Cottage of Four Oaks. Centrally located near Lake Dunlap, you will be just minutes away from downtown New Braunfels, Historic Gruene, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, and both the Comal and Guadalupe rivers.

This beautiful home can sleep five people between the master bedroom, loft, and living room. This home has its own kitchen and washer/dryer, making it the perfect place for an extended vacation or workation!

Along with the whole home, guests will have access to the shared common space on the property that features deck seating shaded by mature oaks with a double hammock.

Creed`s Cabin sits as Four Oaks` mid-sized vacation rental. Dean`s Den and The Maverick are modern A-frame one-bedroom studios, whereas Hadley`s House is our largest rental available at 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. If you want to rent out all of Four Oaks for wedding lodging, a family trip, or small reunion - send us a message!
1. No pets allowed
2. No smoking in the house or on the property. Smoking in the house or on the property will a result in a fine up to $250
3. No events/parties on property
4. Four Oaks guests may only use the parking space assigned to them, and may not enter or park along the fire access road. If you need additional parking, please contact your host.
5. Only the allowed number of guests defined in the booking are allowed to stay at the home you have booked. If it is found other guests are staying at the home without permission from hosts, you will be asked to leave without a refund.
6. Do not add soap or body care products to the hot tub. Glass is not allowed in or around the hot tub. Read printed instructions included in the house manual on-site for all other directions, including adding pre-portioned chemicals after use. Misuse of the hot tub will result in a fine.
7. Missing towels will be charged at $20/towel
