"We were in town for an event and only had a one night stay. Everything about the Inn was a delight. We were made to feel at home by the staff from the first moment as Tracy gave us a tour of the amenities and showed us to our room. The homemade ginger cookies in the break area were yummy. "We did not get the room that we booked through expedia. I can't get any money back for my suite that we booked because we went through a 3rd party. Now, I have to got back to expedia to dispute this because it was their fault. They booked a room that wasn't even available. We didn't know until we got to the hotel. We had to pay for a second room so the others could have room to sleep. They did give us a little discount but still not enough to make up for the amount we spent on the riverview...

"Beautiful property situated less than 100 feet from shopping and dining, but wonderfully quiet in apartment - couldn't ask for more! Was concerned at first at steep stairway entering (a bit afraid of heights if I have to look down), but used back stairs the rest of the time without any issue. Laundry on site was a big plus. Kitchen spotless; apartment tasteful and comfortable - thank you for a wonderful stay, David!"

"I reserved a room that was supposed to have a couch as well. While the room was acceptable looking, it was small and only had a chair wedged between the wall and the queen sized bed and no couch. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and with my bad back I could hardly walk the next day, and when I spoke with the staff, I learned there were no other rooms for me to move.
