"Recepção não agradável, ao chegarmos a atendente estava comendo e não teve paciência nem para explicar como deveria ser preenchido o papel do check-in e nem com o nosso cartão internacional que não estava sendo aceito. Assim que entramos no quarto já foi possível notar sujeita no chão e também pelos e cabelos no banheiro, além disso, nas limpezas diárias, apenas estendiam os lençóis e trocavam toalhas do banheiro.
