Die gemeinschaftlich genutzten Bereiche waren eher einfach und nicht besonders gut ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer und die Toilette befinden sich in einem Raum und machten leider einen ungepflegten Eindruck. "Die Beschreibung ungenau. Erst konnte man das Zimmer nicht aufmachen. Dann ging der SchlĂŒssel kaputt. Mir wurde anderes Zimmer angeboten, was ich dann auch annahm. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, es waren Haare auf dem Bett. Das Fenster geht nicht komplett auf. Man hört alles, was drum herum passiert. Die Nachbarn halten nichts von der Nachtruhe. Na ja, auch wenn es billig ist habe ich ein bisschen mehr QualitĂ€t erwartet "

"Well appointed, clean and comfortable flat on 2nd floor of historic building. We loved that it was away from the city but 1/2 a block from the tram stop, which goes right to the heart of Vienna. The flat is on the back of the building overlooking a garden courtyard. It was very quiet, however there is construction going on next to the building so we were unable to sleep past 7am. We are early risers but after traveling over 30 hours to get to Vienna, it would have nice to get more than a few...

"If I could give less than one star, I would. We booked three nights but checked out after just one because the conditions were so bad. The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning, so we had to open the window—only to have insects come in. The bed sheets had holes, the towels smelled awful, and I found something gross under the bed that I’d rather not describe. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and worst of all, I found bed bugs and had to kill them myself. The whole place felt neglected...

"Alix und GĂŒnther verzauberten uns mit diesem Kleinod. Die beiden waren super aufmerksam und trotzdem sehr zurĂŒckhaltend. Wir konnten von hier aus all die spannenden Dinge der Gegend erkunden und abends entspannt unter der Linde sitzen und leckeren Wein genießen (vielen Dank dafĂŒr!). Geschlafen haben wir traumhaft, bei der Ausstattung mangelt es an nichts. Wir empfehlen die Villa unbedingt!"
