"Such a cute, quirky little place in a quiet little neighborhood (Netarts is great! Much more relaxed feel, instead of some of the busier, touristy areas of the Oregon Coast) with an AMAZING view. Loved sitting in the little sunroom area watching and listening to the ocean. The stairs right down to the beach were great, it was nice to have such close beach access. "Overall it was a nice stay, we loved the view of the ocean and hearing the waves at night. However, there were a few noticeable issues. The biggest concern was the balcony banister that was no longer attached to the deck on the bottom. A toddler could grab hold of it or lean on it and fall right off the balcony, same for a small pet. Otherwise, beach access wouldn't be accessible to everyone. If you are disabled or out of shape, walking up the very steep hill will be very challanging. "
