"This property was very cute. Loved the coffee nook that was available. Room was nice and clean. My biggest complaint was that it was freezing in there. From the moment we walked in the front door and walking down the hallway to our room. Our room was freezing as well. It took a good half hour for me to be able to take my coat off after I turned on our heat in our room. Our bathroom never really did get warm. Only other complaint is the dust/dirt on the Keurig. "Wow, this property and staff were awesome! This is definitely a 4-5 star hotel!! The only bad things was that they would run out of pool towels all of the time but the staff was still awesome about that!! Thankyou for a lovely stay with my kids!! And the hours of the pool were awesome, breakfast was till 10am every morning even on a weekday, and checkout wasn’t until noon. So relaxed and comfortable!"

"While they have recently renewed flooring in halls and rooms, overall general condition is average. Beds comfortable and everything worked as expected. Being a college town with several other hotels in the area, they are average, compared to Hampton and Holiday Inn for example. In town for Ohio basketball game and while they all inflate rates when they can, the price while reasonable compared to others, still not justified.
