"The card key to the back end of the building didn't work as it should have. We had to have someone show us how to hold the card key on the reader while, at the same time, pushing in and firmly pulling the door handle out to get it to release. The room numbers were so dark indicating which room was which that coming into the building from the outside, my eyes couldn't adjust fast enough to read the room numbers, which was quite inconvenient. "The outside is well maintained. The room was not as clean as I would have liked. The floors were sticky. Looks like they are trying to renovate some of the rooms."
