"Room was in good shape and the bed comfortable. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Kevin the breakfast cook & server while we were there - great attitude, he made our day! Room service comes around ridiculously early so be sure to put out the do not disturb sign if ypu you dont want to be woken before 8am"

"The facility is clean and the service is wonderful. Our room had a double whirlpool tub that we enjoyed very much! We werent expecting it but it was just wonderful. The hotel is close to so many KC venues. The area is at the edge of downtown so its a mix of retail, industry, corporate, and some street people. But nothing unexpected in a downtown area. The small parking lot is enclosed but we saw no reason to be concerned. We felt safe and just truly enjoyed the people we met who work there. "
