Please note: This home IS pet-friendly with an additional $100 fee per dog (max of 2). This home has 4 exterior cameras and a Ring Doorbell facing the driveway/parking area. This home has its own private boat dock on Lake James. The owner has a boat and a jet ski permanently docked, but there is an available spot for a guest boat and an additional jet ski.
