"The hotel facilities are good, place is clean and safe. I had a really bad experience mainly with front desk people both in checkin and checkout. When I arrived, after a long flight the men in front desk made a lot of difficulties to release the room because I had no visa. The situation is, that I do not need a visa due the type of passport I have. I showed the Indian embassy webpage, but they were not able to understand and cooperate. "Very clean rooms. Across from Railway station and front of the bus station. So many restaurants to choose from. Front staff was friendly. Check out staff, we have to ask for the receipt. He did not offer the receipt. Breakfast was very nice for INR 180, purchase it when you book the room. Good selection on breakfast. Veg & Non-veg. Floor staff was friendly."
