"The employee at the front desk was very nice. The location was quiet and right off the highway. The room was amazinggg! It was so clean and beautifully done. The bed was so comfortable as well. This was the cleanest nicest hotel ive stayed at in awhile! "

"The staff were very nice and the room was very clean. However, the mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable. I don’t have back problems but whenever I would wake up my upper back would always hurt. Due to this, I probably would not stay here again. Other than that, everything else was great. "

"The staff were all exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was the pool area. The adults only pool area hot tub had dead bugs floating in it and so many leaves in the main pool. I would think charging what you charge you would have a full time maintenance/ groundskeeper skimming the pool and hot tubs a couple times a day. "

"Specifically, as I was preparing to checkout and was loading my car, the maintenance man did not give me a chance to close my car windows and began blowing dust and dirt in my face and in my car as I was loading it. He did not say anything or motion to me but just kept blowing the parking lot which I believe was in appropriate. I already had a previous incident where I was refused to check in after making a reservation and was turned away a few weeks ago. I will never stay here ever again."

"The staff was great very patient and understanding. I thought check in time was at 11am but it was at 3pm. He was checking the status of the rooms for us. He offered us to stay until they were ready. We ended up going to a nearby mall. The rooms were spotless and smelled nice. There was a nice note left for us as well. It rained so we did not end up going to the pool but looked clean from where we saw it. Check out was easy night shift was kind as well. The breakfast was neat. They had a make...
