"There was hair in the bath so I couldn’t have a shower but my partner still had a shower and then we checked out around 3 instead of the actual time which was 11 the stafff was amazing very welcoming I would like to come again but I hope the room will be more clean when visiting as I did enjoy the pool and the garden "

"The reception staff were excellent, Restaurant staff sadly were absolutely not! I had to leave my table and go to reception to get attention. Sadly the service didn’t get better after my complaint, and I left without pudding or a drink to go to my room with. Biggest issue was the fact there was no hot water at night and only a few second of hot water in the morning. In fact another guest was complaining about this issue too.
