Hotéis com banheira de hidromassagem em National Forest

"Grand for a basic stop, The hotel kind of stinks of stale water /sewage Staff where lovely but very stretched among roles The breakfast waitress was also the receptionist and was then later seen cleaning bedrooms Very hard working staff But the lack of staff does mean a lot of delays Room was both too hot and too cold, bedroom carpet was so dirty I didn’t want my feet touching it. Bathroom floor sticky and all surfaces grimy Breakfast was a mix of continental and full English made...

"Great location with plenty of parking and EV chargers which was very handy for us. Check in was handled efficiently with polite staff. Room was fine, some questionable carpet stains but generally clean and comfortable. A good hotel for a stopover in the area."

"New really clean"

"This was the ideal stopover, we found the reception, public areas and our room clean and well cared for. All the staff we met, from the moment we arrived till the moment we left friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast and found the choice, presentation and taste really good."

The staff were friendly and helpful and there was no problem changing the chicken curry brought to the table for the vegetarian one I actually ordered! The new menu is not an improvement and we wouldn't eat in again. I...
